Kirsten Cluthe is an executive producer and strategic content leader with deep expertise in podcasting, live entertainment, and media production. She is the founder of Studio Kairos, a boutique studio that develops original shows across audio, video, and live formats—with a focus on music, culture, and women-led storytelling.

She currently produces Axe Lords, a genre-bending guitar podcast hosted by comedian Dave Hill, luthier Cindy Hulej, and music journalist Tom Beaujour, and Salute The Songbird with Maggie Rose, recorded monthly at Chiefs in Nashville. Kirsten also executive produces Wheels Off with Rhett Miller, Moods & Modes with Alex Skolnick, and Hello Menopause! with Stacy London.

Kirsten founded Studio Kairos in 2015 after two decades of working in the entertainment and media industries. She began her career at CAA, supporting concert tours for artists like Madonna, The Smashing Pumpkins, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, Midnight Oil, and many others. From there, she jumped into artist promotion at rap label Select Records, did her time in artist management with Concrete during the Pantera & White Zombie era, and coordinated promotional tours while working in Artist Development at EMI Records.

Her live and branded content work spans strategic roles with Lean Startup, GE, and other multi-national clients, producing high-impact events at the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and culture.

Kirsten is also a published writer covering travel, culture, and lifestyle.
